Microsoft Newsgroups will be closed starting in June

Everyone,

As many of you may have read over the past couple of days, Microsoft will
begin closing newsgroups and migrating users to Microsoft forums that
include Microsoft Answers, TechNet and MSDN.

This is discussed in more detail at
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/default.mspx.

For Host Integration Server questions and discussions, we have created a HIS
specific form at
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/biztalkhis.

I urge you to start using the new forum when posting questions related to
Host Integration Server. The forum will be moderated by Microsoft so that
questions will be answered and issues can be escalated if warranted.

Indeed. What a long, strange journey it's been :-)

Unfortunately the new forum hides the HIS name under the "BizTalk"
label, thus perpetuating the foolish, ignorant and misguided decision by
some Microsoft product managers to make HIS 'part' of BizTalk:

Some users will probably struggle to locate the HIS forum, with its name
encrypted this way.

But I hope the HIS community will live long and happy, in its new home!
